Pretty good showing for Fort Mill this November.  Not breaking in records but it is nice to see positive movement in the sales category.  Especially coming up on the holiday season, which is typically the slowest time of the year.

There were 89 homes listed as active and had an average price of $312,084. 

2 properties listed as contingent
12 properties were conditional
37 properties were pending
24 properties were withdrawn
16 expired

 The 57 sold properties had an average list price of $260,379 and an average sale price of $251,533.
