The Chimneys of Marvin in Waxhaw, NC

Sales Activity in The Reserve Located in Waxhaw, NC

The Reserve, is one of Waxhaw’s most popular neighborhoods and it has held steady this year.  There are currently six homes for sale ranging from $239,000 to $480,000.

 There is one under contract.  Overall 14 homes have sold since the first of the year.  The average home at The Reserve was approximately 3200 sq ft with an average list price of $337,000 and average sales price of $322,000.  Homes stayed on the market for an average of 128 days.  Not bad given the state of the economy!
 
The Reserve offers neighborhood amenities, the schools are minutes away and it’s surrounded by custom luxury home neighborhoods.  These Centex homes offer alot of sq ft for the price and many have 5-6 bedrooms with numerous baths.  Definetly worth taking a look at.

The Quellin Neighborhood, a Great Buy in Waxhaw!
