August 2010 Rock Hill Real Estate Report!
Not to worry folks, yes every thing seems to be slowing down but looking back on years past, that is normal. Most families that are looking to purchase a home or upgrade the size of their home do so in the summer months. They want to make this transition while there children are out of school to ease the burden of the move. Also, this year we has a tax incentive whose participants where supposed to close by June 30th. This combined with the extension on the closing date and the start of school easily explain the seemingly large drop of in sold homes.
