More pending and more sold is a great for Rock Hill, SC.  Hopefully the trend will continue and we will have a great summer. Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search.  Things are looking to pick up, even with a a little lull after the end of the first time homebuyers program has ended.

There were 126 homes listed as active at an average price of $210,165. 

4 properties were listed as contingent.
10 properties were conditional
27 properties were pending
23 properties were withdrawn
18 properties had expired

 The fifty seven sold properties had an average list price of $178,468 and an average sales price of $171,812.

There were 152 homes listed as active at an average price of $211,597.

53 properties were pending
39 properties were withdrawn
17 properties had expired 

The forty three sold properties had an average list price of $186,738 and an average sales price of $180,446.

Hopefully the weather will too.  We are still plugging along in Rock Hill, SC.  Home sales remain pretty steady and we are still really optimistic for the holidays and the new year to come.  I hope everyone had a great turkey day.

There were 80 homes listed as active at an average price of $173,700.
