Are you wondering why construction stopped several months ago on the expansion to four lanes of Brawley School Road in Mooresville, North Carolina?  Are you wondering when it will resume?

Blame it on the weather…The crews can’t grade or lay asphalt on rainy, snowy or cold days. You may wonder why other equipment is out in force along another stretch of the Brawley School Road.  Well the state is working on the future exchange of exit 35 off I-77 which involves tree removal.

Not until the cold and miserable weather finally relents will work proceed to widen the four lanes of Brawley School Road in Mooresville, North Carolina.

The Point Golf & Country Club that sits at the end of a peninsula in Mooresville, NC.  If you have time to completely delight yourself or if you’re looking for an absolutely incredible place to live then take a trip down to the south end of Brawley School Road. It is about a 25 mile trip from Uptown Charlotte going north.  Take exit 33 and go west until you reach Brawley School Rd, turn left to start your adventure.

Between the architecture of the homes, open water views, the feel of the village square and the Greg Norman designed golf course you will find yourself overwhelmed with beauty.  The Point Golf & Country Club has the feel of Nantucket Island off Massachusetts with a village green, general store, restaurant, tavern, family activities village and docks set aside for a quick boat ride to some of the best views that Lake Norman has to offer.
