September 2009 Lake Wylie Real Estate Housing Report!

There were a total of 37 properties on the market with the average list price of $399,680

5 properties were contingent.
6 property were conditional.
11 properties were pending.

There were a total of 8 properties sold for an average of $239,947 and were on the market for an average of 88 days.  The average list price for these houses was $254,046.

There were 14 properties withdrawn and 3 expired listings.

The 8 houses that were sold for the month were located at Bethel Fields, 2 River Hills and 5 Berewick.
