Lake Norman is a friendly and attractive community which is growing in population by transplants from other states and countries.  Anyone who has been here for a while has seen a lot of change.  New exits, roads and developments are sprouting up along I-77 where the local livestock use to graze.  Lowe’s has its headquarters here as well as many NASCAR race car shops and attractions.

Some things have not changed and newcomers will note that the people of Lake Norman are more welcoming and have slower pace of life than other parts of the country.  You can still find sweet tea, Barbecue and other southern delicacies.  Even with the economic slowdown growth and development still seem to be at an upturn 

Mooresville is one of the quaint small towns that surround Lake Norman.  Mooresville offers excellent shops and restaurants and of course many different kinds of recreation.
