Out of the 124 homes sold in Cabarrus County, the biggest steal of the month was in Pine Creek in Kannapolis NC.  This Mansion on Richwood Circle sold for under list price ($999,900) at a total of $927,000.  The tax value was close to $2million.  This home had a total living area of 10629 sqft. Personally I would get lost in that. If you haven’t thought that deals are out there to be had, look at this amazing sale in one of the most desirable areas of Kannapolis.
