indian_trail_brucknosfrontFamily Circle Magazine named Indian Trail as one of top places to raise a family recently.   There is an abundance of affordable housing, top-rated schools and Indian Trail is situated fifteen miles from Charlotte and five miles from Monroe.

Highway 74 is the main roadway in Indian Trail but there’s also a cute downtown area by town hall and shopping, restaurants and amenities are sprinkled thru-out the town.  This area has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and there’s a lot of variety in housing.  There are newer planned communities as well as more mature areas with large, treed lots.  The average 2450 sq ft home sold for $170,000 in the month of January.
