<p>Hope you folks are keeping cool this time of year.  May was a great month for <a href="http://www.fortmillrealestateandhomes.com/">Fort Mill</a>, SC.  We still have a ways to go but you can definitely tell the selling season is almost upon us.  Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search.  With summer coming and school almost out we expect the market to keep improving. </p>
<p>There were 118 homes listed as active and had an average price of $290,168.  </p>

43 properties were pending<br />
28 properties were withdrawn<br />
23 expired</p>
<p> The 73 sold properties had an average list price of $264,340 and an average sale price of $253,747. </p>

<p>The market is starting to heat up in <a href="http://www.fortmillrealestateandhomes.com/">Fort Mill</a>, SC.  We still have a way to go but you can definitely tell the selling season is almost upon us.  Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search.  Buyers, don’t wait to the last minute if you are interested in taking advantage of the Federal tax credit.  Remember, contract by April 30<sup>th</sup> 2010, close by June 30<sup>th </sup>2010.</p>
<p>There were 112 homes listed as active and had an average price of $321,327.</p>
