Bailey’s Glen is gearing back up after slow down forced out a national builder that had planned to participate. Bailey’s Glen now has a new national builder which will work with the developer to complete the project.
The 145 acre, 372 home site community off Bailey Road in Cornelius, North Carolina was put together by investors and will offer 14 single family floor plans and has plans to add three more. The homes will range in size from 1200-2300 square feet and offer rear load garages. Bailey’s Glen will also offer 96 condos in 3 story buildings with elevators. By the end of the year the 12,000 square foot clubhouse and sports complex will be completed for those who what resort style living and activities in active adult community.
Bailey’s Glen is located within minutes of Birkdale Village shops, and the nearby towns of Huntersville, Davidson and Denver. Located a mere 13 miles north of Uptown Charlotte and has easy access to I-77 exit 25 or 28.
