More pending and more sold is a great for Rock Hill, SC.  Hopefully the trend will continue and we will have a great summer. Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search.  Things are looking to pick up, even with a  little lull after the end of the first time homebuyers program has ended.

There were 152 homes listed as active at an average price of $211,597. 

4 properties were listed as contingent.
7 properties were conditional
53 properties were pending
39 properties were withdrawn
17 properties had expired 

The forty three sold properties had an average list price of $186,738 and an average sales price of $180,446.

Here are a few of the neighborhoods where the 43 sold properties were located:  Ridge Pointe-1, Millwood Plantation-2, Meadow Lakes II-2, Reflection Park-2,Creeks Edge-1, Seven Oaks-1, Sweetwater Plantation-1,Swan Meadows-1, Wellsbrook-1.
