April was a great month for Fort Mill, SC.  We still have a ways to go but you can definitely tell the selling season is almost upon us.  Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search.  With summer coming and school
almost out we expect the market to keep improving. 

There were 174 homes listed as active and had an average price of $307,377.

The 56 sold properties had an average list price of $283,359 and an average sale price of $275,111.
