Not a terrible January in Rock Hill, SC. Not a ton of sold homes but we never expect too much from the very beginning of the year. The market still feels like it is heating up. Hopefully the weather will too. Now is a great time to start thinking of listing or going ahead and starting your search. Buyers, don’t wait to the last minute if you are interested in taking advantage of the Federal tax credit. Remember, contract by April 30th 2010, close by June 30th 2010.
There were 126 homes listed as active at an average price of $194,633.
10 properties were listed as contingent.
5 properties were conditional
19 properties were pending
52 properties were withdrawn
44 properties had expired
The thirty sold properties had an average list price of $167,696 and an average sales price of $161,283.
