2009 November Rock Hill Real Estate Report! 

 We are still plugging along in Rock Hill, SC.  Home sales remain pretty steady and we are still really optimistic for the holidays and the new year to come.  I hope everyone had a great turkey day.

There were 80 homes listed as active at an average price of $173,700. 

4 properties were listed as contingent.
6 properties were conditional
19 properties were pending
25 properties were withdrawn
20 properties had expired

 The seventy sold properties had an average list price of $184,708 and an average sales price of $179,059.

Here are a few of the neighborhoods where the 75 sold properties were located:      Creeks Edge 1, Hallmark Glen 1, Millwood Plantation 1, Ebenezer Village 2, Herndon Heritage 2, Holland Springs 2, Taylor Oaks 1, Meadow Lakes II 1, Wellington Heights 1, Stone Trace 1, Swan Meadows II 1, and Seventeen Acres 1.
